Job Description:

As an Executive Director in the Payments Planning & Analysis Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Payments organization.

You will be engaged in both supporting day-to-day business objectives, as well as shaping the strategic vision of the business.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads, manage critical deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the digital transformation agenda.

Your strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be key to your success in this role.

Job Responsibilities:


* Lead the consolidation team in end-to-end ownership of major quarterly deliverables for JPM Payments such as earnings and business reviews, including coordinating with multiple business partners and presenting results to senior management


* Collaborate with Payments Strategy team on critical presentations and projects such as Investor Day, annual Board reviews and senior management offsites


* Consolidate and analyze financial results and communicate to business leads in ways that allow for actionable insights that can impact business performance (e.g.

budget reviews)


* Assist in digital transformation agenda - create self-serve interactive financial dashboards


* Strong acumen in financial analysis including exceptional attention to details and ability to provide accurate, timely and insightful data & analysis


* Strategic thinker with the ability to gather and synthesize financial information into concise and thoughtful recommendations


* Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability interact and present to senior levels of the organization


* Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data and data analytics tools preferred


* Ability to work cross-functionally and ability to prioritize multiple competing deliverables under pressure


* Strong team leadership skills with proven experience in team management


* Produce monthly financial Executive Management Reports (EMRs) by coordinating with other P&A teams
