Associate II - ETF Operations

Looking for effective mid-level manager with Exchange Traded Funds experience supporting the daily operational activity for all ETF Servicing clients.

Ideal candidates demonstrate thought leadership and solid combination of industry knowledge with client service skills.

As an ETF operations associate within the Fund Servicing team, you will be supporting our Operations Team that is responsible for the ETF Servicing offering at JP Morgan.

This includes ETF Order Taking, Order fulfillment, Basket Creation and PCF publication on behalf of ETF client along with managing the relationships with Authorized Participants.

We foster and maintain solid working relationships with clients and Authorized Participants.

Support internal groups within the broader division with respect to ETF record keeping and capstock activity.

Job Responsibilities


* Manage all ETF order activity and related queries


* Responsible for the daily management of a client's trading activity including reviewing reconciliation breaks on Shares and Valuation and related client queires


* Responsible for daily publication of key deliverables to DTCC/NSCC


* Participate in industry working groups, initiatives and current events related to ETF


* Reconcile accurately and efficiently against all core controls and procedures for all relevant ETF and TA deliveries


* Participate in discussions with Fund Sponsors looking to launch new ETF products


* Provide monthly KPI reporting to clients and senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of industry experience


* Quick learner both technical knowledge and systems


* Strong analytical, prioritization, organizational, managerial and time management skills


* Ability to be effective in a global operating environment and a matrix management organization


* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and counterparties


* Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail


* Results orientated; ability to create and sustain a target driven environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* ETF industry experience, 3+ years


* Advanced Excel skills, VBA, etc


* Strong knowledge of complex corporate actions and dividend income


* ETF cash component expertise
