Michael Baker is currently looking to continue to grow and enhance our Geotechnical Department in Moon Township, PA and we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Geotechnical Technical Manager to be a part of our Team.

The ideal candidate will work directly under the supervision of the department manager and focus on delivering projects for a wide variety of clients.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate expertise with design and analysis of complex transportation, bridge, and infrastructure projects.

This position will provide engineering design and oversight through successful delivery as well as leading and mentoring project teams in design for various Transportation and Bridge projects.

Michael Baker provides a flexible work environment with a balanced mix of office, home, and field work.

You'll be leading a part of our team of talented engineers working on a variety of Transportation and Bridge projects that include planning, design, engineering, and construction support.

Other responsibilities will include the oversight of the projects, including adherence to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control/quality assurance.

The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain positive client relationships as well as lead proposal development.
