Senior Intelligence Analyst – Signal Intelligence (SIGINT)
The Capital Area Division (CAD) Applied Research Associates, Inc.
(ARA) has an outstanding opportunity for accomplished SIGINT Intelligence Analysts with experience using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional and/or functional in nature.
Successful applicants for these contingent positions will support the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the National Capital Region on-site.
These contingent positions supporting the DoD’s Assault Breaker II (ABII) program require candidates with experience performing a variety of intelligence collection management functions to support Government decisionmakers.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a scientific or technological discipline
* At least 15 years of experience as a SIGINT analyst.
* Must have the ability to work with cross functional and joint teams to address capability assessments for operational and strategic problem sets.
* US citizen with an active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility
* Strong written and verbal communications skills and excellent time management skills
Desired Qualifications:
* MS degree in scientific or technological discipline from an accredited institution
* Experience providing advice and briefing government leadership regarding critical political, military or irregular warfare capabilities
* Experience in the INDOPACOM AOR
This position is contingent upon award of a contract (one base year + four option years) expected in September/October 2024 supporting the Department of Defense.
