Clinical Informaticist
Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department, off hours may be required.
This is a hybrid position with an on site work location at 1212 Deming Way (this is not a fully remote position).

We are seeking a Clinical Informaticist to:
* Use your expertise in clinical practices, data analysis, and quality/safety improvement to lead the design of cutting-edge technology solutions that elevate patient care and streamline clinician workflows.

Education
* Bachelor's Degree in relevant healthcare or technical field Required
* Associate degree plus two years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree
* Master's Degree in healthcare or relevant field Preferred
Work Experience
* Demonstrated success developing curricula and/or delivering education that supports adult learning needs and/or optimizes use of IT for medium to large-scale solutions.

* Demonstrated success influencing and supporting operational partners with organizational change management.

* Demonstrated success leading the improvement of platforms, standards, and processes leading to increased operational excellence, elimination of waste, and reduced technical debt.
