LOGISTICS/SR MGR ENGR & PROJ MGMT - Fulfillment Network Strategy Execution

Position Summary:
Responsible for developing, budgeting and execution of Logistics major, minor, and strategic capital projects.

Direct/lead network strategy project managers, engineers, and analysts.

* Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.


* Network Strategy Project Manager


* Regional Construction Manager


* Assistant Manager of Logistics and Non-Retail Engineering

Minimum Position Qualifications:


* Previous logistics/supply chain/distribution/network strategy experience


* Proven engineer/project manager and leader with track record of project implementations, efficiency and strategy


* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil)


* Demonstrated large scale Project Management experience


* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification


* Proven track record in working closely with executive sponsors, stakeholder groups, and assigned business participants to build strategic alliances, execute a plan, and deliver


* Organized and analytical with exceptional skills in problem solving


* Thorough understanding of engineering material handling systems and automation


* Thorough understanding of financial management and budgeting


* Ability to provide general estimates on site-work and building construction


* Strong communication/interpersonal skills and leadership development of team members

Essential Job Functions:



* Maintain accountability for on-time overall project implementation, within budgeted expense, and achieving planned benefit streams


* Direct the Project Management function for the network by analyzing data, standardizing processes, developing and evolving a world-class Project Management program
