What's the role?

As a RMA Spares Coordinator , you get to work with an astonishing team that plays a vital role in RMA's.

Show case your skills and experience with process enhancement.

Be the primary point of contact for parts and material returns to factory.

Sound Interesting? Here's what you'll do:


* Coordinate parts movements and approvals with the Spares Team


* Interface with colleagues/customers on overdue RMA receipts


* Interface with third party logistics (3PL) providers on RMA processing and material movements


* Work with customers, technicians, and RMA 3PL warehouse to research and resolve return discrepancies related to Spare parts

Support disposition of all returned parts


* Investigate return process failures and coordinate activities to identify root causes, and communicate with 3PL, corporate managers, and/or functional departments to ensure corrective actions are implemented.


* Inspect and coordinate unused field returns back to stock.


* Make decision on returned part for scrap/recycle/repair


* Coordinate RMA parts movements within RMA 3PL warehouse.

Provides direction and feedback for processing returned parts based on visual condition and label identification of returned parts.


* Manage inventory and reconciliation of RMA parts


* Track inbound RMAs.

Interface with Order Administrator on issuing RMA#s and follow up with originator for late returns.


* Maintain RMA department in Audit-ready state


* Report out on metrics.

Do you qualify?


* Minimum five (5) years' experience in inventory control for manufacturing or field service


* Understand and familiar with general Return Material Administration (RMA) processes required


* Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to perform basic math functions


* Solid organizational attention to detail and follow through skills


* Minimum three (3) years with computerized inventory systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency in Excel


* Good problem solving and analytical skills


* Abitity to travel to Dublin office and to Milpitas to cover our 3PL
