The IT Support Services is a cornerstone team at Southwest Power Pool (SPP).

We pride ourselves on our dynamic interaction across the company, from the executive suite to our contract employees.

Your Role:

As our IT Support Specialist, your role will involve a broad range of responsibilities, from serving as an escalation point for complex issues to assisting with various operational tasks.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective support, maintenance, and administration of SPP’s computing resources.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced IT professional with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

To be successful as the Senior or Lead IT Support Specialist, we're looking for: 


* Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field, or equivalent experience


* Lead: Minimum of ten (10) years Information Technology support experience is required


* Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years Information Technology support experience is required


* Four (4) plus years of experience in Provisioning, De-Provisioning access


* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft computer operating systems and applications
