Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will oversee the operations of the Front Door Diversion Program and other programs as assigned.  They will assist the Executive Clinical Director in overseeing the implementation of the Front Door Diversion Program.

They will oversee operations, staffing, and service delivery of these departments, teams, and programs to ensure smooth transition for class members into the community. 

The Clinical Director will directly supervise the Front Door Diversion (FDD) Manager.

They will manage employee workflow ensuring that individuals receiving services are receiving optimum continuity of care with favorable outcomes per federal, state, accrediting, funding, and organizational requirements.  The Clinical Director will embody Trilogy’s values and mission and push forward initiatives throughout the department.  They will ensure that clients are provided with strengths-based, client-centered, trauma-informed, and integrated quality services where they are being served at an appropriate level of care.   

Essential Responsibilities


* Direct the development and programming operations for the organization that consists of Medicaid and grant funded services


*  Direct program operations for Front Door Diversion services for clients in need of community-based care coordination and organize efforts across other teams and programs as needed.  


* Assist in coordinating open access processes; and coordinate with open access providers across multiple programs and departments. 


*  Assist in tracking and analyzing organization capacity and assist in ensuring new referrals are connected to the appropriate level of care 


*  Ensure timely and seamless flow of new clients into the organization.


*  Ensure Front Door Diversion and other program grant reporting is completed on schedule.


* Ensure compliance and report on all contract/grant performance measures and outcomes to funding entities.

Engage with the Illinois Department of Human Services, the Department of Mental Health, and other community partners as needed.


* Analyze and use program outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness and make changes in programming and/or service delivery models.

Identify, develop, and monitor new programming and/or service delivery initiatives; and ensure they are aligned with organizational goals.


* Assess data within the organization, as well as, available outside data to inform clinical practice goals and outcomes.  Inform the need for new teams to serve populations at the front door of the organization 


* Make recommendations for additional services and/or resources to state and other stakeholders.
