Work Schedule :

This is a full time 1.0 FTE position.

Scheduled hours between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to:


* E ngage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm.


* Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows.


* Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility.


* Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.

Qualifications



* High School Diploma or equivalent Required

Work Experience



* Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications



* Valid WI driver's license and approved driving record as determined by UW Health Risk Management Required
