Implementing product innovation for Skin Health and Beauty for Asia

This position reports into R&D Director Skin Health & Beauty (based in Singapore) and is based in Bangkok, Thailand.

You will be part of an Asia-wide R&D organization responsible for taking innovations from concept to launch, serving millions of consumers across multiple markets.

What will you do

The R&D Manager Skin Health and Beauty AP is responsible for the implementation of innovation projects to support our Regional product pipeline for Skin Health and Beauty, you will have the opportunity to showcase your capability across our iconic Skin Health & Beauty Brands including - Neutrogena®, Aveeno®, OGX® .

You will be coaching a small product development team focused on turning insights into delightful product experiences.

Your primary responsibility is to deploy product innovation - combining Asian consumer insights with product development expertise to assemble products that consumers love.

Delivering high quality, safe, sustainable & efficacious products with exceptional consumer experience.

I n partnership with the Translational Science team, you w ill be responsible for ensuring there is a holistic strategy to integrate consumer insights, iterative testing, and robust claim support strategies for product-market combinations.

Together with our Translational Science and Medical Affairs team s , you will help curate strong stories that bring our science to life , as well as driving thought leadership with consumers, customers and health care professionals .

Key Responsibilities



* Responsible for guiding the product development team on making formulae-package-experience recommendations that will delight our consumers across Asia.


* Partner closely with Regional and Local commercial partners to build clearly aligned execution plans, ensuring strong return on R&D Investment.


* Collaborate with cross -functional team to ensure regulatory strategies, claims strategies (clinical testing plans) and patent strategies are developed, aligned, and executed on time and on budget.

Ensure pipeline is addressing the priorities identified by the Global Brand Team.
