Role Purpose:

This role will have product management responsibilities for the equipment portfolio focusing on Phaco and Refractive.

Through strong collaboration with functional partners in Field Service, Clinical Services, Comm Ex and the commercial KA organisation this position is responsible for supporting the current portfolio base, future business development opportunities and preparation for future new product launches in an ever changing, fast paced commercial landscape.

Role Specification:

• Shapes and implements product and marketing strategies to support profitable growth of the equipment portfolio.

• Supports and connects with the KAM team to enable business development activities.

• Shapes and executes NPI launches / End of Life plans for new and existing equipment portfolio/install base.
