Job responsibilities


* Develops and executes comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions


* Identifies and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum


* Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals


* Utilizes advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


* Champions the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team


* Utilizes Run the bank (RTB) / Run the Engine (RTE) management frameworks for public and private clouds


* Collaborates between some of the world's leading Developers, QA, Application Owners, Architecture, Finance, and Product teams


* Influences design, development, test and deploy for exciting applications and cloud-native micro services


* Transforms business processes and user experience for JPM's Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platform


* Sets objectives and scope, develop work plans, and coordinate activities across multiple project work streams


* Builds executive level reporting and present to senior leadership audience
