* 15+ years Experience in Hardware Product Development.


* Hands Experience in product development, Hardware design, Testing, EMI/EMC certification, production transition.


* Knowledge of Board Design, Hi speed and mixed signals design, analog and power supply circuits, interfacing ADCs, DACs, sensors.


* Knowledge of DCDC Converter for Low voltage, high power is added advantage.


* Knowledge of Hardware Design Tools, DFT, DFM.


* Knowledge of Product Development process, usage of six sigma tools.


* Experience in managing teams, appraisals, coaching.


* Experience in working with cross functional teams.
