bFS Business Process Architect - Offer, Price, Sales workstream

Within the bFS team for Services Digitization chapter, lead the evolutions of the Digital ecosystem for Services from need expression to worldwide implementation, on the scope of Offer, Price, and Sales to support Services Line of Business growth, ambition, and new offers launches, we are constantly improving our end-to-end processes and our digital ecosystem to operate Services Offers (bFS).
We are looking for a workstream leader owning the Offer, Price, and Sales across the value chain and bFS evolutions related to Offer management in bFS, Service Opportunity Generation and E2E journey of services quotation tools, and FSR Lead Generation via services tools.

Scope of the role: This critical function covers the full scope of Offer, Price, and Sales Management in bFS, including:
- Leading, owning, and supporting the Opportunity Generation process from Services data objects (Service Contract, Installed Products, FSR Leads, etc)
- Actively participate and contribute to the CPQ4S projects, support deployment roadmaps, user story definition meetings, UAT sessions, country gap analysis calls
- Enable and support the execution of service offers via management of service plans and their related features and other offer-related data points necessary for Field Service Sales and Operations
- Participate and support the flow of these data between related systems such as bFS, CPQ, and SAP where applicable for Offer Price and Sales workstream
- Own and lead the Handover Process from Sales/Tendering, Order Booking, and until execution of the offer.

Work closely with the Order Management Workstream and Service Execution Workstream to ensure synergy between each handover process
- Own and lead the Services Representative lead generation process and tools and work closely with the Global Demand Generation program lead
- Work closely, contribute, and act as SME for critical programs like SMA, CPQ E2E Data Journey, Offer Standardization, Contract Renewal Progress (IRR, CLM)

Essential functions:
- Assesses business process impacts of submitted change requests
- Leads the workstreams SME (Subject Matter Experts) to define the best solution, including specs definition, implementation, and staged deployment
-Create, manage, and prioritize requirements into releases both for run mode and projects.
- Coordinates acceptance session with a collection of adequate "use case & data", validates solution delivered on his/her stream, (participates to "User Acceptance Test")
- Serve as Business Lead for the Offer, Price, and Sales Process Stream in any projects where there may be sales process impacted for Services LoB and Services Operations
- Supports other WS leads in cross-process functions where offer, price, and sales WS are impacted
