RAC MEA Project Director

* Manages large Customer projects or work package of very large project (Category A projects including more software, more services and more sustainability, with organizational and technical complexity, multi-business, high level of risk, complex contractual context...) following applicable company polices and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).


* Leads functionally the project team (>10 people) to insure full customer satisfaction and financial performance and delegate sub-projects to PMs.


* Relies on PMO expert and document manager to drive the project KPI's : more software, more services and more sustainability.


* Focuses on stakeholder management and stir the team.

Manages the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and accountable for the execution of the project in line with the contract.


* Contributes to project managers community of practice.


* Acts as sales agent for OPEX service portfolios a Global Project Manager for dedicated VIP client, manages a portfolio of solution execution VIP projects (Cat.B/A).


* Frives project managers involved with this customer and act as mentor.


* Global Project Manager is overall P&L responsible and ensure consistency of all projects in terms of management, scope, communication.


* Acts as mentor to PMs.

Qualifications



* Expert Professional (8+ years of experience)


* Experience in managing energy management and electrical scope projects.


* Bachelor degree in Electrical, or Electronic, Software or Electro- Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on Automation, & control systems, is required.
