Sr. Offer Tech Owner

What will you do?

We are currently seeking a Senior Offer Technical Lead to be responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and management of function and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

They will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are fully understood and met.

They will also need to coordinate and influence our technical team leaders for further requirement detailing.


* Lead and manage requirements development and analysis activities by working with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, QA analysts and internal/external customers


* Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact.


* Work with technical product owners to support the development of project plans, schedules and resource needs


* Supports the squads on work decomposition, sequencing, and effort sizing


* Ensure that risks are identified and communicated along with created actions for mitigation


* Lead development team during design specification creation (Definition of Done).


* Utilizes customer knowledge of power management systems to ensure consistent feature development across market segments such as Data Center, Industrial, and Healthcare


* Leverages Agile framework and mindset in offer creation process.


* Document detailed functional & non-function requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering


* Good understanding software, hardware, and communications architectures


* Strong software/IT maintenance, development, and testing ability for in-depth resolutions of complex system issues


* Experience with communication protocols such as Modbus, BACNet, OPC UA, IEC61850, SNMP


* Experience with business segments such as Data Centers, Energy & Chemical & Power & Grid Power Operation or similar SCADA offer and connected communication hardware/gateways


* Good understanding of OT & IT networking


* Customer-service oriented and able to advocate for customers with project teams
