Procurement Executive (Project Execution)

What will you do?


* Identify appropriate solutions to address internal and external stakeholders' queries based on transactional or project management knowledge


* Work closely with Global/Regional SME Executions & logistics in deploying Guideline & Check list in logistics/freight during tender


* Coordinate with internal stakeholders and process requisitions to purchase orders, modify purchase orders, process change orders


* Prepare accurate and timely logistic reports for the management and other stakeholders


* Ensure that the supporting purchase documentation is in place to address accountability and audit inquiries


* Act as the liaison between Global Supply Chain, the factory and the Project Manager in escalating the materials to meet the project timeline


* Participate in the tendering stage for better cost estimation in logistics offer validity, risk contingency & feasible delivery lead time


* Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in project revenue recognition by performing Goods Received and MIGO action in the SAP system


* Take active part in the Purchasing community as a referent for the area of expertise and integrate the logistic playbook & any other global logistic program


* Perform basic risk assessment and review gaps in the supply chain operations

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Possess an University Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or related


* Minimum 3 years' experience in project logistic in electrical and mechanical projects


* Cross functional and cross border experience


* Strong communication skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration towards a common goal


* Ability to connect, influence & convince suppliers


* Ability to understand, influence & convince in a complex organization
