Chase Wealth Management - Central Service Supervisory Manager VP - Columbus, OH

As a Vice President Service Practice Manager within J.P.

Morgan Wealth Management, you will have the opportunity to identify and review potential service practice issues.

You will provide support of Global Supervisory Management for better governance and organizational excellence, and to promote strategic partnerships within the Supervision organization.

Key functional support includes developing and monitoring all business resiliency plans, monitoring all records for compliance with the Firm-wide record retention policy, oversight, and maintenance of all employees' systems access, owning and maintaining all Supervision desktop procedures; oversight and handling of control, compliance, and audit testing, internal legal and external regulatory inquires requests and responses.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional with project management skills to support and coordinate multiple internal oversight processes.

This position will operate as a business oversight function for the following areas within Supervision; Systems Access Management, Administration of Supervision Connect entitlements, User Access Certifications and Records Management.

This role requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved.

Job responsibilities


* Systems Access Management - Onboarding/Off boarding & Ad-Hoc Requests.

Intake and provide system/equipment requests to onboard new hires, coordinate and manage access requests according to the Supervision roles(s) profile criteria built in the Security Administration Tool (SAT)


* Monitor/track the status access requests to ensure completion to avoid delays of entry into the applications/systems.


* User Access Support - Provide guidance and assistance with end-user system/application access requests.


* Firmwide Complaint Tool (CARE) - Supervision point contact for adding complaint teams in CARE system.

This enables user permissions for LOB visibility to log, manage and track complaints.


* Administration of Supervision Connect entitlements - Weave Tool (BGO)


* Lead SM outreach to support technology project enhancements in the tool.


* Re-mapping roles and/or entitlements


* Review/approve entitlements recommendations.


* Provide day to day support to SM users on requests and inquiries.


* Bi-annual certification of roles/entitlements


* Partner with SMs on self-identified tasks and improvements (e.g., role criteria and consolidation, troubleshooting)


* User Access Certifications - SAT Quarterly Review - Review and certify user access and entitlements to ensure appropriateness and accuracy.


* KOPS ID Template Certification - On a bi-annual basis, JPMWM Access Administration performs a system access template certification for the KOPS ID roles that support bridge applications used within CONNECT Desktop to support Chase Wealth Management
