This position reports to the Senior Director R&D Technology Leader, and is based at Mumbai India, Bengaluru (Bangalore) India, or Bangkok Thailand.

What you will do

The R&D Technology ASPAC Product Manager is responsible for defining the product team vision, strategy, and OKR's for the applications being delivered, aligning business demand with the product roadmap.

You will own the end-to-end product value delivery.

Our solutions include development of custom software solutions that lead to groundbreaking change and accelerate business value.

You and your team will collaborate with key technology and business partners to apply human-centered design techniques to design solutions that delight them! We know custom is not always the answer - delighting R&D partners may also require maximizing off the shelf and SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• We bring technology expertise to our R&D business partners.

You will develop a keen understanding of R&D needs, perceptions, and use that to create the Technology strategy for the R&D experience across the ASPAC region.

You will lead the technology business planning activities by identifying ongoing and future business product backlog demand, understanding competitor landscapes, and ensuring appropriate prioritization and funding is aligned to drive our significant global growth agenda.

You will seek opportunities to drive continual improvement, leveraging both new and existing metrics.

You will partner with R&D to implement the actionable insights that you identified, based on your deep understanding of how our partners work.

You will define and track metrics to focus on business value realization throughout the product lifecycle, including end user KPIs, product performance, team health, and team maturity.
