What you will do

Agile Scrum Master must be a dynamic and an energetic individual with a strong background to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our MarTech function, ensuring different teams can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high quality solutions.

You will work closely with the DxP Platform engineering team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.

Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team, helping foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objective consistently.

The position will work closely with the Sr.

Manager, DxP Platform Owner, to evolve the MarTech Product line specifically DxP Platform, to meet business strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the DxP Platform team and related teams including scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team's progress.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

• Work with the Development team to prioritize the product backlog.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master.

• Experience of working in Platforms and Technologies comprising the digital ecosystem (e.g.

static/dynamic web, mobile apps, campaign email programs, hosting approaches, media, and content management systems)
