What you will do

The incumbent will be the Technical Platform Architect who will lead our Digital Experience Platform (DxP) team as we grow and transform our MarTech landscape.

You will have the chance to play a critical role in the delivery of best-in-class consumer experiences through our DxP platform, providing technical leadership on MarTech business capabilities, operating models, and solution design.

We are looking for a senior technologist with expert-level knowledge who will be working closely with the DxP Platform Owner, together, responsible for managing the backlog and delivery across a range of capabilities, including web content management, web experimentation & optimization, digital asset management, content marketing workflow, personalization, and MarTech integrations supporting a portfolio of 500 global brand websites.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the solution design and architecture across web, marketing and shoppable solutions and the integrations they require.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the DxP product technical architecture strategy vision and lead the engineering team to deliver web platforms and related services.

• Establish and implement contemporary DxP architectures capable of meeting Kenvue's strategic growth with best-in-class consumer experiences.

• Business and technical stakeholder management supporting the delivery lead in managing timeline, risks and issues and improvement activities.

• Aligning solution design with the Enterprise Architecture function, attending the architecture review board as the DxP subject matter expert, and providing input to impact of strategic directions on existing / transitional architectures.

• Translating business requirements into system level design and detailed technical architecture for solution delivery on Web, DAM, PIM, integrations, and Marketing Automation solutions.

A process integration mindset with a focus on scalable integration architectures is required.
