In this role, you will partner with team members to deliver one or more of the following capabilities:

Role Summary


* Authentication and Access Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust authentication and access control mechanisms, with a keen focus on zero-trust principles.


* Identity Governance: Develop and uphold identity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations while maintaining continuous visibility.


* Directory Services: Manage directory services to maintain a centralized identity repository.


* Privileged Access Controls: Implement and strengthen privileged access controls to protect critical resources.


* Tools and Technologies: Automate and streamline onboarding, management, and integrations for IAM services leveraging the Microsoft Azure AD (Entra ID) and AWS ecosystems.

Integration with SaaS, PaaS and on-premises IT / OT Systems.


* Role Mining: Lead role mining efforts to optimize access control, minimize risks, and streamline IAM processes.

Qualifications:


* We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in B2B, B2E, has a BS degree in computer science or similar, and is familiar with the following software / tools:


* Experience with infrastructure automation technologies like Docker, Vagrant, etc.


* Experience with build automation technologies like Maven, Jenkins, etc.


* Experience with monitoring technologies like Nagios, Ganglia, etc.


* Experience with modern programming languages like Java, Python, etc.


* Experience with building APIs and services using REST, SOAP, etc.


* Experience with scripting languages like Perl, Shell, etc.


* Strong DevOps focus and experience building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.


* Experience with Scrum / Agile practices and proven history of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision


* Motivated and adaptable in an agile, global, and collaborative environment.


* Familiarity with release management practices and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira.

Bachelors degree preferred
