Position: Business Analyst I
Location: Livermore, CA
Salary Range: $63,900 - $73,900 per year
Clearance: Clearable to Q

The Subcontractor shall provide end-user support with processes for managing and delivering services that are ITIL® conformant.

The Subcontractor shall resolve incidents, service requests, and problems associated with service failures or degradations that are related to hardware and software computing devices (including mobile equipment).

Responsibilities:


* Perform system capacity analysis and planning.

Assist users in accessing and using Application systems.


* Analyze and study complex system requirements.


* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team environment.


* Review existing programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improving current techniques.


* Great communicator, ability to assess technical needs of a non-technical partner.


* Proficient in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Confluence, and Teams


* Assist in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models and to identify relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages.


* Assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components and help to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.


* Typical areas addressed include IT and Operations.

Identify information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.

Support the development of functional area strategies for enhanced IT


* Develop communication tools to gather use-case of different IT products.

Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s in computer science or related field and two years of related experience.

In lieu of degree and additional six years of experience that demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of the job totalling eight years of related experience.


* US Citizen


* Have an active DOE Q Top Secret Clearance for onsite support or DOD Top Secret Reciprocity
