Senior Paralegal

Desert Mountain Club, one of the most beautiful and largest private country clubs in North America, is looking for a Senior Paralegal!

This is a corporate-level role with deliberate focus on driving compliance with professional contracts.

They will be responsible for interpreting the Club’s Bylaws, reviewing contracts, and providing necessary guidance for compliance with policies and procedures.

 The right candidate should possess high ethical standards and sound business ethics.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualifications:  


* 5 years of contract review experience preferred.


* A minimum of 3 years of experience in paralegal regulatory & compliance required.


* Experience of working with people and partnering across departments is required.


* High ethical standards, impeccable business reputation and adherence to our Employee Core Values and internal controls.


* Strong analytical, written/verbal communication skills.


* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.


* Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.


* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.


* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e.

Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database applications.


* Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, or a related field required.


* Valid Arizona Driver’s License and a good driving record.
