We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:


* Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for their inspiring patients.


* Be the initial point of contact to patients coming into the UW Health system for cancer care.


* Exhibit sound nursing judgement in decisions involved in the coordinating multiple, complex case management of patients requiring the care and services at the UW Health | Carbone Cancer Center.


* Use targeted assessment skills to assess patients during visits and via telephone triage and online patient portal.


* Demonstrate clinical assessment expertise, triage expertise, and outstanding customer service throughout the interaction for both external and internal users.


* Have preferred experience in neuro-oncology, radiation-oncology, oncology, and/or neurology experience.

Education :

Minimum - Associate degree in Nursing

Preferred - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Work Experience :

Minimum - Six (6) months of RN experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact and CPR/BLS Certification.
