As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital Channels, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way.

The Core Experiences team's responsibilities span all aspects of product development and delivery for both the Web and Mobile platforms.

Job responsibilities



* Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies


* Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements


* Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners


* Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline


* Coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial discovery to development through implementation


* Review proposed modifications on project plans, including meeting with interested parties to approve and implement beneficial changes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management/delivery or a relevant domain area


* Demonstrated performance in either product management/delivery or relevant domain area


* Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities


* Experience in product deployment processes


* Strong understanding of and ability to work within an Agile methodology


* Intermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA, with ability to build dashboards and extract data

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills



* Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle


* Experience working with multiple levels of management and diverse groups of stakeholders
