产品工程师

工作职责:



*在新产品开发项目中承担产品开发管理流程要求的产品工程师的相关工作,以及PM安排的项目任务。



*主导样品的试制生产过程,按计划落实资源准备,跟进项目任务计划执行,处理各种异常问题,保障样品交付和质量。



*负责具体制定产品的工艺流程,在工艺工程师\技术员的配合下把控工艺要求和相关技术文件。负责维护MES等生管系统中的技术要求。



*配合PM完成NPI工作,具体负责数据收集,改善计划执行和量化目标数据监控。



*配合PM处理各种客户需求,处理RMA。

任职资格:

必需资质:

1.具备光学、物理、电子技术基础。

2.英语读写无障碍,口语能基本沟通。

优先考虑:

3.熟悉常见光通讯行业测试设备(OSA,PM,TLS等)使用。

4.熟悉无源光器件功能、原理。

5.有项目开发经验,具备一定项目管理能力。
