Senior Scheduler

Your Job

DEPCOM Power, a leading renewable energy EPC, is looking to add a Senior Scheduler to their team.

This position will generate and maintain schedules for a portfolio of Solar projects, while working closely with the construction and engineering teams.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

Remote and/or hybrid candidates with previous Scheduling experience may be considered.

This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

This role with be part of larger Project Controls and Scheduling team which is part of the Project and Construction Management organization and supports all DEPCOM Project and Services solutions.At DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners.

What You Will Do


* Partner with business development and execution teams on the coordination and scheduling of multiple Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.


* Utilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.


* Work with project execution team to optimize the project execution plan to minimize risk.


* Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide schedules that meet the goals of both parties and act as an internal subject matter expert in schedule-related contract negotiations.


* Mentor and train junior schedulers.


* Portfolio management.


* Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews.


* Provide Project Management support for change orders and claims.


* Travel up to 25%.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Advanced understanding of scheduling best practices


* Experience with scheduling software (MS Project and Primavera P6)


* Experience with schedule auditing and reporting


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead


* Experience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage industries


* Scheduling experience in a construction industry


* Ability to work in the Scottsdale office

For this role, we anticipate paying $125k - $140k per year.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
