The supervisor leads, motivates, and develops our hourly production staff and helps us achieve our production goals safely and efficiently.

What You Will Do

* Complete paperwork and reports with accuracy to meet deadlines.

* Use critical thinking, processes, and collaboration to troubleshoot equipment and machinery.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* 3+ years of direct industrial manufacturing leadership experience.
* Willing and able to work a rotating 12 hour shift schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holiday work hours (shift schedule is subject to change during employment based on business needs).
* Willing and able to work in a non-climate controlled work environment.
* Experience coaching, counseling, and developing employees.
* Experience using a computer for record-keeping, documentation, and reporting, including experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
What Will Put You Ahead
* Experience in Gypsum operations.
* Supervisory level experience in the Gypsum Industry.
* Knowledge of LTV, using SOP's, and mitigating critical hazards.
