The HR Shared Services Senior Specialist serves as a resource to all field employees on all benefits offerings and the Company's Employee Relief Fund.
Qualifications:


* Serve as main contact and subject matter expert for employees regarding leaves of absence, disability, and benefit programs.


* Process all incoming leave and disability requests within the required timeframe and communicate with employees and managers on return-to-work arrangements.

Provide guidance on reasonable accommodations and communicate to HRBPs and Employee Relations as needed.


* Maintain knowledge on applicable laws as they pertain to LOA's and benefits.

Observe federal and state compliance regulations, as well as company guidelines, and maintain/update procedures and communications accordingly.


* Process employer statements for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and State Disability claims on behalf of employees' requesting leave as needed.


* Create and implement improvements to benefits experience while maintaining efficiencies and compliance.


* Partner regularly with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing of all employee benefit refunds, STD payments, and other benefit reimbursements and payments.


* Provide exceptional customer service and answer employee inquiries regarding all benefit programs, including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, Health FSA, Disability/Life products, Leave of Absence, Employee Discounts, and Paid Time Off.


* Provide support and be the liaison between all employees and HR teams including Payroll, Risk, Employee Relations, Recruiting, HRIS.


* Support the execution of Total Rewards and HR initiatives.


* Support, train, and mentor junior teammates.


* Partner closely with managers and HRBP's on complex and/or multilayered cases and trend identification.
