Compliance - Operational Risk Management Lead - Vice President

As a Compliance Risk Management Lead, you will report to the Americas Head of Securities Services Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR), and assist in the compliance risk coverage of the Securities Services businesses.

Securities Services is comprised of a number of products and services which include global and direct custody, fund accounting, transfer agency, middle office, depositary services, foreign exchange, liquidity management, agency securities financing and depositary receipts.

Job Responsibilities


* Understands the primary activities of the business, including key regulations, processes and risk controls.


* Lead CCOR monitoring activities, including monitoring and testing activities


* Challenges the business self-assessments of risks and controls.


* Leads review of new products and services.


* Develops and executes on internal policies and training associated with US regulations


* Provide challenge to risks, controls aligned structure

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


* Have an understanding of the Securities Services businesses or similar businesses


* Strong written and oral communication and ability to provide credible advice and challenge, and partnership-building/teamwork skills


* Ability to identify potential issues and/or areas of improvement


* External/internal audit, compliance, operational risk consulting, operations/process engineering, or business controls career experience, education/training or certifications;


* Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, capability to learn quickly and ability to manage multiple demands;

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


* Familiarity with US Regulations.
