Our manufacturing facilities located in Clackamas, OR, Vancouver, WA, and Rock Hill, SC allow us to serve diverse markets such as Agriculture, Industrial, Municipal, Rental, and Mining.

We are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst.

This is an exempt position.

The individual will have the opportunity to work from our Clackamas or Vancouver office.

The annual salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 (DOE)

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

This position reports to the Assistant Controller of Finance and is responsible for accurately reporting financial information and creating automated processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Drive process improvement utilizing software tools like Power BI, UiPath, Salesforce, Excel, and other emerging technologies


* Build interwoven automated processes that provide live actionable information for decision-makers


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP system accuracy, resolving system errors promptly to reflect activity correctly


* Engage across organizational lines to ensure adherence to company policies and initiatives, fostering a culture of compliance


* Educate and support team members throughout the organization on relevant processes and tools


* Manage and improve the A/R tracking system and enhance the speed and efficiency of collections


* Support with internal and external audit processes


* Serve as backup for Staff Accountant


* Perform various General Accounting functions, Financial Reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley, Forecast Analysis, and Cost Accounting as needed


* Back up other finance and accounting functions as needed

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
