* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferably in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics, or Science


* Minimum of 10 years of experience leading manufacturing process improvement, including deploying Process Management and Statistical Methods in a user-friendly manner to manufacturing operation personnel


* Strong math and statistical capability


* Must be able to meet travel requirement


* Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel at all levels of the organization


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Six Sigma blackbelt or CQE is preferred

Basic Qualifications:
