For the Italian production plant of J&J Innovative Medicine (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a Facility Engineer reporting to the Sr.

Facility Manager.

This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, compliant, and productive facility services at the Latina site.

The role focuses on continuous improvement initiatives providing excellent customer service while overseeing facility and utilities maintenance, infrastructure management, energy management, cost improvement initiatives, and external facilities service contracts.

Key Responsibilities:


* Maintain positive relationships with business units and be the main point of contact for their facilities needs.

Understand their expectations and provide business service solutions accordingly


* Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives, such as projects to improve quality, cost, delivery and efficiency


* Ensure compliance with regulations related to quality, environmental health and safety


* Represent Facilities during audits and implement business continuity plans


* Support energy and sustainability improvements and initiatives as well as infrastructure management programs


* Collaborate with E&PS and MAM organization on capital and infrastructure projects supporting business units and contractors during planning and construction


* Support the deployment of enterprise Facilities programs at J&J Latina


* Lead change management efforts to implement Global Facilities strategies as well as local FM initiatives at the site


* Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, key performance metrics, benchmarking, and sharing best practices


* Ensure efficient maintenance and operation of facilities and utilities, ensuring compliance in classified production environments


* Keep standard operational procedures up-to-date and ensure strict compliance with them.


* Serve as a subject matter expert for area improvements, deviation evaluations, regulatory audits, and capital justification and support relative improvement initiatives


* Develop and monitor operational budgets for internal and contracted resources.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering


* MA/MBA preferred
