To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for a Hotel Services Team Member who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, provide exceptional F&B service and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home. 

Is there anyone more welcoming than a smiling face? As part of our Hotel Services Team, whether you are welcoming our guests to the hotel at check-in, preparing a beverage or serving them delicious Julio’s food, you’ll be devoted to creating memorable experiences throughout their hotel experience, you’ll be trained and engaged predominantly but not exclusively in Front Office and Food and Beverage Services.

This opens up a world of possibilities as you develop your mastery across the hotel including reception, reservations, receiving and delivering food orders within the restaurant, bar and room service and conference and events.

We’re all part of one team, so pulling together to support all departments (including housekeeping, maintenance and our functional areas when needed) is a natural part of this role. 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes in all areas of the hotel.


* Acknowledging IHG® One Rewards members and returning guests in person or over the phone.


* Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings.


* Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless.


* Assist with resolving guest problems or issues to ensure they leave having had a wonderful stay.


* Preparing and serving food and drinks to high standards.


* Staying one step of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations.
