The Project Controls Business Solutions Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency by identifying, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to address key business challenges and opportunities.

This leadership position requires strategic thinking, cross functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of business processes and technology.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:


* Identify and share business needs requiring solutions to remove roadblocks to achieving Company goals.


* Develop business solutions that consider impacts to business process and department requirements guided by external audit and functionality of technology business applications.


* Oversee the collection and analysis of operational data and advise key stakeholders on opportunities to improve business process and reporting platforms.


* Investigate ways to improve business processes and provide transparent feedback to key personnel and stakeholders.


* Improve business functions, develop talent, and appropriate technology needed to mature the business and allow for scalability.


* Support and manage the development of existing business solutions to align with business priorities and budgeting.


* Partner with other departments to evaluate, select, and implement solutions to support business goals and objectives or drive digital transformation


* Serve as liaison between Operations, IT Business Applications and Accounting for Enterprise Business Solutions.


* Work with other internal technology members and/or 3rd party vendors, as a subject matter expert to resolve complex issues.


* Troubleshoot acute problems with end users as needed; assist with fixes and workarounds.


* Facilitate ongoing reviews of current technologies with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure that solutions align with business needs and challenges.


* Function as a two-way bridge between the operations teams and technology group.


* Evaluate the best use of data needs of various stakeholders.


* Maintain technology awareness.


* Participate in industry related events.


* Ensure rapid adoption of new business applications and business processes.


* Promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.


* Build relationships throughout the organization to collect feedback and understand challenges that could influence process improvements, configuration improvements and feature enhancements within our business processes & applications.
