A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.


* Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members, guiding proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and customer service.


* Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.


* Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules, inventory management, and cost-control measures.


* Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient operations.


* Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services professionally and promptly, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

What do we need from you?


* Previous experience in housekeeping or related field, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.


* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities.


* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety protocols.


* Proficiency in using housekeeping software and other relevant technology.
