PHARMACY/CENTRAL FILL ADMIN SUPPORT
Provide administrative support and problem-solving assistance for the High-Volume Pharmacy team and Pharmacy stores.

* High School Diploma or GED
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent oral/written communication skills
* Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
DESIRED PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
* Any pharmacy experience
* Any knowledge of basic store support issues and resolutions
* Schedule and participate in weekly/monthly training sessions for new hires
* Set up regular maintenance visits with vendors including set up through Coupa
* Oversee the initial set up and monitoring of PTU training
* Update and make addendums to current SOPs/best practices for production stations
* Assist with and perform quarterly inventory audits
* Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and newly hired employees
* Assist with coordination and management of the end-to-end onboarding process
* Perform duties that provide support to PPS and Central Fill daily Operations
* Provide project support including proofreading, managing distribution lists, reports, records and more
* Create and maintain reports (daily, monthly and quarterly)
* Coordinate routine matters, meetings, travel related and various other assignments with minimal direction
* Maintain time keeping of all hourly associates and post payroll
* Respond to issues, questions and concerns with urgency and accuracy
* Ensure accurate, efficient processing and disposition of written correspondence, as well as oral communication
* Perform duties including correspondence to divisions and suppliers
* Process and resolve invoices as needed
* Provide primary phone support for all stores
* Provide basic store support and issue resolution for pharmacies serviced by Central Fill
* Provide a stellar customer experience while accurately and efficiently completing all steps of reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing when required
* Maintain a current national and/or state registration, certification, or license depending on state requirements
