This position reports into Senior Procurement Director EMEA and is based at our South Europe cluster hub in Madrid, Spain.

What you will do

The Senior Procurement Manager - South Europe is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and driven procurement professional who is adept at connecting the dots and working as a self-starter.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee procurement activities in the South Europe Cluster, working closely with the Cluster Leadership Team to drive operational efficiencies, transformative strategies, and industry best practices.

The Senior Manager will also play a crucial role in connecting Cluster Business Teams with regional and global Category Procurement teams to ensure alignment of initiatives and programs.

Additionally, this role will frequently punch above its weight in terms of hierarchy, requiring exceptional influencing skills to achieve objectives and make an impact.

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively connect with suppliers and external stakeholders to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

* Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies for the South Europe region in alignment with global and regional procurement and business goals and objectives


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement best practices


* Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions


* Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify potential risks and opportunities to bring the outside in
