The Customer Service Analyst supports our customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints.

They’re the front line of support for clients and they help ensure that they have a positive experience.

Daily duties and responsibilities generally include answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints, and walking them through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.

They are also accountable to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. 

 

Responsibilities


* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.


* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.


* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.


* Communicating with customers through various channels.


* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.


* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.


* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.


* Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements


* Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, etc.).


* Experience in Customer Service or similar positions.


* Experience with ERP (SAP S/4HANA is preferred).


* English (Intermediate).


* MSO.


* Ability to stay calm when dealing with challenging situations.
