The Vice President of Solutions will play a pivotal role in leading a team of solutions analysts and engineers to develop comprehensive solutions models and pricing strategies for our warehousing, fulfillment, and other order platform fulfillment services, such as contract center, transportation, merchant -of-record and other services.

This position will be integral to our Productized Services focus, which aims to leverage solutions and rate card pricing to enhance efficiency and scalability.

What you'll do on a typical day:


* Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the solutions team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment focused on delivering exceptional results.


* Solution Development: Lead the development of solutions models and pricing strategies for warehousing and fulfillment services, utilizing industry best practices and innovative approaches.


* Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of solutions analysts and engineers, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.


* Sales Support: Leverage expertise and command of the solutions to offer client facing support during the solution design process and solution review with client prospects.


* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align solutions models and pricing strategies with business objectives and market demands.


* Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform the development of strategic solutions and pricing strategies.


* Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of solutions development and pricing activities.


* Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges and develop tailored solutions and pricing proposals to address their needs effectively.


* Performance Tracking: Establish KPI's and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of solutions models and pricing strategies, tracking of cost of pursuit, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
