This position reports into Brand & Shopper Activation Lead and is based in Warsaw.

This is maternity leave cover role with prospect of ongoing cooperation.

What will you do:

As Junior Brand & Shopper Activation Manager you will be working in the team responsible for top Kenvue OTC brands in Poland.

You will report directly to Brand & Shopper Activation Lead and will be based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:


* support in development and implementation of annual strategic and operating plans,


* execution of brand(s) communication and activation strategy,


* contribution to long-term plans and NPIs pipeline development for the category,


* active collaboration with Global & Regional Marketing Teams,


* support in coordination of marketing projects across the Region,


* driving consumer, shopper & customer activation agenda (offline & online) for respective brand(s)


* conducting and coordinating trade marketing projects, including preparation of POS materials & digital assets and their omnichannel implementation,


* development of market and brand performance analytics,


* systematic monitoring of competitors' activities in the category,


* effective collaboration with the agencies (media house, advertising ATL & BTL agencies, PR agency, etc.),


* cross-functional cooperation with other departments: Sales, Demand Planning, Business Intelligence.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Required experience:


* minimum 2 years of experience on similar position (Brand Activation / Trade Marketing) in OTC or FMCG industry; knowledge of OTC Common Cold category will be an additional advantage,


* experience in working with marketing agencies, including digital scope,


* good analytical skills & financial acumen (P&L, ROI),


* very good organizational skills, including the ability to work in cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks simultaneously & setting priorities,


* strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills,


* high level of inner motivation & proactive approach,


* fluent English and Polish is a must.
