What You Will Do

Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales pharma representatives team from North-West of Romania (16 counties), being accountable for total sales results of the managed area and for implementation of regional strategic plans connected to sales, detailing, medical promotion and visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent achievement of the objectives for the Kenvue portfolio within the managed territory

• Deliver the regional operational plan in line with the brand/company business priorities

• Implements and monitors the promotional strategy; report progress and recommend solutions based on local opportunities

• Develops and implements local tactical sales plans, adapted to territorial peculiarities and in accordance with Kenvue's business strategy

• It is ensured that the objectives of the sales force, the coverage and the frequency of visits are in accordance with the agreed parameters

• Build and maintain a dynamic sales force by engaging in an effective recruitment and selection process

• Allocate the appropriate level of effort and resources for each territory; together with the National Field Force Manager, plans and controls local sales investments, so that at any time the profitability of the investment is ensured

• Build and mentain relationships with key decision makers for new and established local key accounts.

• Establishes clear performance standards for each pharmacy representative, evaluates them and identifies improvement solutions

• Develops and maintains a high level of motivation of the field team spending over 60% of the time in the field

• Provides continuous support and constant feedback to team members

• Optimizes intradepartmental support within the organization, ensuring effective communication between the brand activation, medical and sales force teams

Required Qualifications

• University Degree

• 5 years in health care industry - preferred OTC or demato-cosmetics field.
