What You Will Do

The Pharmacy Representative is responsible for liaising with healthcare professionals in pharmacies from the designated area, develop and retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time by becoming a strategic partner and advisor.

The role will serve (plan, visit and follow up) Kenvue brands to established and new pharmacy accounts.

Designated area: Constanta, Tulcea, Ialomita and Calarasi counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Kenvue Ambassador, pollinating the company values and selling proposition.

• Position the Kenvue products and services as the best value proposition to predefined pharmacy accounts following the strategic guidelines and policies of the company.

• Deliver an individual operational plan in line with the brand/company business priorities

• Build relationships with key decision makers for new and established accounts.

• Regular visits following a planned routing to pharmacies, according to monthly priorities set by the company.

• Initiate contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers and KOL's.

• Establishe and deliver company's plans and specific project plans per key account.

• Prepare accurate and detailed reports as required.

• Conduct in-depth review of the pharmacy accounts under responsibility, adapting the Trade Story and Proposition based on their potential & business needs.

• Prepare customized presentations for Lead Customers & drive discussion based on agenda.

• Analyze customer business opportunities and threats and design plans to capitalize on them.

• Implement, track and report inStore visibility based on business priorities.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• University Degree

• 2 years in health care industry - preferred OTC or demato-cosmetics field.

• 2 years of Sales and/or Medical Detailing and/or Account Management experience.

• Fluency in English (oral & written).

• Computer Skills and familiarity with tech platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint, IoS application...
