What you will do

The Senior Team Lead is responsible for developing and managing a team to build strategic business relationships across category management, marketing, and eCommerce.

Being able to develop insights to accelerate growth against key customer priorities and strategies built in Joint Business Plans is crucial.

You will use analytics and insights to drive sales growth, improve profitability and identify category opportunities.

Leading collaboration between cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales Strategy, and Finance, Supply Chain), aligning on focused priorities, and embedding Revenue Management capabilities in business process.

Mentoring and developing the team is an essential part of the role along with crafting succession plans and career paths with each individual on the team.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Education:


* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an asset.

Experience and Skills:


* A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in customer development, Strategy, marketing, and/or category management experience demonstrating strong analytical background is required.


* Direct Customer experience and previous Team leadership required


* Must demonstrate ability to coach, mentor and lead a high-performance team and is recognized as team player


* Ability to manage trade investment and forecasting of a business


* Strong analytical skill set and the ability to pull out relevant data points to recognize trends and shape a business story


* Strategic problem solver and ability to craft business plans for short-term and long-term thinking


* Negotiation skills and leadership during joint planning business meetings externally


* Ability to navigate an organization internally and externally developing relationships and moving past barriers


* Knowledge of eCommerce business models and ability to execute against them
