Seeking a Medical Assistant for busy OBGYN/Specialties Department.

Medical Assistants are important members of the clinical care team.

They work in close partnership with clinical staff.

Their primary function is to manage efficient patient flow and to be available to assist clinical staff as needed.
Medical Assistants are responsible for department-specific tasks in accordance with their training.

Where appropriate they are responsible for preparing the patient and environment for the visit and/or procedure.

Medical Assistants are responsible for maintaining non-pharmaceutical supplies and equipment.

The Medical Assistant assumes a range of patient care responsibilities dealing with the physical and emotional aspects of department-specific patient age groups.

Medical Assistants are supervised by licensed nursing personnel.

Excellence in practice .

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, may include evening rotation.
