Line Cook at Proper Grit- The Ben Hotel



*The Day-to-Day


* Prepare work stations and ingredients for chefs according to instructions.


* Prepare items including salads, sauces, some entrees.


* Maintain a clean kitchen space for other kitchen staff.


* Comply with kitchen health and sanitation guidelines.


* Communicate all item shortages to restaurant management.


* Control food waste loss and usage per SOP.


* Practice safety standards at all times.
