Guest Services Supervisor

Work Schedule :

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position.

Scheduled hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to:


* Bring their remarkable hospitality and supervisory skills to lead Guest Services employees in delivering exceptional patient and family experience across UW Health.


* Oversee the success of the Guest Services Ambassador program, which assists patients and customers in wayfinding and personal navigation throughout the facility.


* Be responsible for the hiring, managing, coaching, and development of employees, budgeting for the department, partnering with leadership to improve patient and guest experiences, and oversight of concierge services.


* Bring an enthusiastic, community-oriented approach to genuinely influence the customer service experience.

Education :
Minimum - Bachelor's degree or four years' experience in lieu of degree

Work Experience :
Minimum - Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience working in the hospitality or healthcare industry
Preferred - Three (3) years of supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - Valid driver's license in the person's state of residence.

Must be 18 years of age and have two (2) years of driving experience to operate a golf cart or utility terrain vehicle.
