Competitive Intelligence Advisor: Solutions, Digital & Disruptors - Hybrid

The Competitive Intelligence Center of Excellence is seeking a highly collaborative team member to support a wide range of business areas serving our Solutions, Digital, and Disruptors area.

This role represents a dynamic opportunity to influence product development, new feature/enhancement development, and strategic decision-making across multiple business areas throughout our Evernorth Health Services and Cigna Healthcare divisions.

In a supportive work environment, this role gives you the ability to take ownership of a few key areas of the business, becoming the "go-to expert", while also having a chance to partner deeply with colleagues so that you can co-create on relevant business topics together.

Key Functions:


* Develop strong, informed insights-going beyond data and anecdotes, we are looking for someone with experience in framing up intel and presenting it in a concise, executive-style format that answers the question "so what?"


* Help our internal partners view market trends through a new lens-we are seeking someone with the confidence and experience to articulate how market trends may impact product and strategy decisions.

You will have experience forecasting what's to come in the health industry, and how it might impact future decision-making.


* Leverage our technological tools to help make our broad stakeholder set more self-service: through our internal competitive intelligence hub, newsletters, sales training portals, and new advances with generative AI, you will be expected to develop your insights with the help of our rich set of subscriptions and resources.


* Practical skills for managing through ambiguity-there's no crystal ball here, but through collaboration, honest discussion, asking high-quality questions, and talking through our priorities, you'll get the help you need to manage through ambiguous times, requests, and expectations.


* Presentation and storytelling skills-while we will help you refine your approach, we are looking for someone who is experienced not only with researching and writing their findings, but in presenting those findings out to others (telephonically and in person)
